DealFinder Pro ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard your information in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• Personal information — such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and other details you provide when signing up or contacting us.
• Payment information — payments are processed securely by Stripe. Full card details are handled and stored by Stripe under PCI-DSS standards and are never stored on DealFinder Pro servers.
• Website analytics — anonymised usage data such as pages visited, device type, browser and approximate location, used to improve the service.
• Cookies — small data files stored on your device. See our Cookie Policy for details.
• Email communications — records of emails you send to us and marketing emails you have opted into.
• WhatsApp Community participation — your WhatsApp phone number and messages you share within the private DealFinder Pro Dealer Community.

• To provide and operate the DealFinder Pro subscription service.
• To process payments via Stripe and manage your subscription.
• To share vehicle buying opportunities with you via WhatsApp.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
• To send important service updates and, where you have opted in, marketing.
• To improve, secure and develop our service.
• To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:

• Contract — to provide the service you have subscribed to.
• Legitimate interests — to operate, secure and improve our service and communicate with customers.
• Consent — for optional marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation — where we are required to keep certain records (e.g. tax and accounting).

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers (such as Stripe for payments, our email and hosting providers, and WhatsApp for community delivery) and where required by law.

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and to comply with legal obligations. Billing and tax records are typically retained for up to 7 years. Account data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after your subscription ends and any outstanding obligations are met.
