DealFinder Pro ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based vehicle sourcing intelligence service built for independent motor dealers. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, community and services. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
DealFinder Pro continuously scans publicly available private seller marketplaces, compares vehicles against market valuation data and shares potential buying opportunities with subscribed members through our private WhatsApp Dealer Community. Opportunities are for informational purposes only — you are responsible for your own due diligence, inspection, negotiation and purchase decisions.
DealFinder Pro is a monthly subscription service priced at £99 per month (inclusive of applicable UK VAT where relevant). Founding Dealer pricing may be offered from time to time and, where confirmed at checkout, is honoured at the stated rate for the duration of the continuous active subscription.
New members receive a 7-day free trial from the date of sign-up. You will be asked to provide a valid payment method to start the trial. No payment will be taken during the trial period.
At the end of your 7-day free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at £99 per month, unless you cancel before the trial ends. Thereafter, your subscription will renew automatically each month on the same billing date until you cancel.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. DealFinder Pro does not store your full card details. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on our behalf in accordance with your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellations can be made via the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from our Manage Subscription page, or by emailing us.
Vehicle opportunities shared through DealFinder Pro are estimates based on third-party valuation data and publicly available listings. We do not guarantee that any opportunity will result in a purchase, resale or profit. All buying and selling decisions, and any resulting profit or loss, are entirely your responsibility.
All content, branding, software, data compilations and materials provided by DealFinder Pro remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape or otherwise commercially exploit our service or the opportunities shared within the community without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealFinder Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or any losses arising from your reliance on opportunities or information shared through the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Where changes materially affect subscribed members, we will provide reasonable notice by email or within the community.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with them.
